ENROLLMENT FOR 𝗦𝗬 2026-2027
San Jose Elementary School officially opens enrollment from
May 25 to June 5, Mondays to Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Kindly check the poster below for the requirements and other important details. Please look for the assigned enrollment teachers for the day.
KINDERGARTEN EXTENDED ELIGIBILITYFor children who will turn five (5) years old between November 1 and December 31, 2026:
• Original & photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Completion from a recognized Child Development Center/Learning Center (Daycare Center)
• Complete ECD Checklist
• Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form
